“Clean and comfortable. I chose this hotel because it had a kitchenette. However, there were no pots and pans, plates, glasses or utensils in the room. It should be advertised that all that is expected in a kitchenette is not available for free. It's not like people travel with all that and clear expectations should be set. ”
