“It was a nice, safe place. The view from the patio was nice. The lawn on the golf course was well taken care of. The squirrels were definitely entertaining. The stay was comfortable. The property had a few issues mostly small things. The patio door was hard to open which could be difficult for older occupants. The HVAC unit is on the porch which was a little loud since it is right outside the bedroom. We would stay there again. Parking was good which is great compared to many places. ”

“My husband, teens, myself and in-laws stayed here over Easter weekend. It is a beautiful property with great views; the patio was my mother-in-law's favorite spot, even in the rain. It was a great location for us as well. We'd definitely stay again. ”

“Great location and perfect space for a family. Both boys had their own room w/ king beds! Walking distance from the pool and basketball/tennis courts was a plus. Good area to walk the dog as well. House had all amenities we needed! Parking spaces were sometimes hard to come by was really the only issue”

“We’ve stayed at many condo’s through the years. The moment we walked into this one we felt the welcoming atmosphere. The layout was just right. Beautifully decorated creating a warm comfortable place for us on our Branson getaway. Easy communication with Ms. Marshall who made us feel welcomed with kind responses. The view from the balcony was calming and beautiful. If we are fortunate enough to have a return trip, we would be happy to stay here again. ”

“This is a beautiful, well maintained condo in a lovely golf resort community. It was so well stocked! This unit is on the bank of Lake Taneycomo-sit on the screened-in balcony and watch the boats go by. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“The indoor pool was good just don’t forget to bring your own pool toys and towels. The is a shared pool and there are several other people that use the facilities. The property was great, we wish the indoor table was bigger. We went in the late fall and a little chilly for the deck table. Otherwise we had a great time and we enjoyed the facilities.”

“The anniversary get away was very nice. Condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Great location. I do want to make the owner aware that the oven only works in broil mode. Also, there were 4 towels but none available at the pool so we had to do laundry while we stayed. More towels would be very nice. There was also only 3 coffee cups..4-6 would have been perfect. Other than the few things mentioned it was perfect. Will stay again.”

“The condo is exactly as expected and was very clean and has all the kitchen items needed to make it your home base for a few days. It has a great view of the river, and is close to the playset which our kids loved.”

“We were looking a place that wasn’t too close to downtown Branson, but not too far away. Loved being able to sit in the screened in porch and see the lake. Accommodations were as listed. Very roomy bedrooms. First level condo. Plenty of parking. Only reason for the 4 overall is due to the carpet being worn / dirty in the first bedroom. ”

“This condo is lovely and clean! It has all the amenities you need and some extras like a wonderful porch. Great technology options and the beds are cozy! One of the best condos you will rent and we rent several per year! ”
