“We were able to have the same room as different members stayed over for parts of an important weekend. Friendly staff and good place to all feel safe and comfortable. The building was being remodeled though. Anytime a place needs to revamp, it's inconvenient. It was noiser as a result, which is reflected in the final score. Other than that, would've been tops!”

“Good one night stay. They had the breakfast set up to go through the restaurant at the hotel with a discount instead of the usual free buffet breakfast which was very good.”

“I arrived at the hotel at 2:35p and the front desk staff wouldn’t let us check in? I explained I made my reservations several months ago and we are staying 2 nights! Are you saying my rooms isn’t ready? Oh your room is ready but you have to wait until 3p sharp. Very poor customer experience ”

“my family and i were passing thru and needed to stop for the night. i got 2 rooms. the room i was in was extremely stink. it smelled of stale smoke. the sheets and pillows were the same stink. there were dead flies along the floor beginning from the entrance leading in to the room. there were also live flies buzzing around the room. we had to leave the door open a bit to get some fresh air and let some flies out. it was well after 1am when we pulled in and was extremely exhausted. i did not……
