“Was a bit disappointed because I paid for a king suite with a sofa bed. There was no sofa at all and the only place to sit was one chair at the desk or on the bed. I Have stayed here many times and the majority of the time I’ve had no complaints. ”

“The location is great and the property was clean. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, there are lots of hidden surprises once you book. Several hundred unexpected dollars for a property fee... The host lives on the backside of the house. Pets are not allowed. One of the hosts asked me when we planned to check out before we had even checked in. The day of check out, I got a text from the host at 6:30 am reminding me to follow all their rules at checkout. The sprinklers turn on and cover the……

“The house was fantastic, good access to dock/water! Just a couple of items that would have made our stay even more enjoyable:Water cooler was empty, body wash bottles were empty, one time tiny ice cube tray, ice maker not working. Two 70yr old ladies surprised by 2 steep paths down to house and getting luggage down. But we enjoyed this place so much and would come again!”
