“很多次从Hotel 上订房间都很好，但是这一次差点住不进去，首先，这个酒店没有前台，要到另一个酒店办理入住，这个还头一次遇上，而酒店其他客人的入住方式跟我们也不一样，搞的好心帮我们的美国人越帮越乱，很混乱。幸亏儿子英语好，又仔细阅读了入住指南才知道要到另一个酒店办入住。其次办理入住时要交差不多150美元的清洁费，太坑了！但是如果你要跟他理论你还没理，因为网站的确在说明里写了，只是你要一步步点开才能看到。但是如果你订了99次都不需要看二次菜单里面的说明，怎么会在下一次看？明显的是陷阱！房间里面还可以，挺干净的，位置很好，出门就是大海，可以从外走廊上直接看日出。”

“DO NOT BOOK THIS. STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND BACK AWAY. I booked this in June 2023 for vacation in zmarch of 2024. I had received no additonal follow up or information prior to my trip. I contacted expedia and this company via there telephone number and receirved no response from the company. I thought i might be able to check into the resort with the confirmation number but it didn't work. We had a rental vehicle ans spent the night sleeping in our car as we arrived at 1230 and were exhausted……
