“We were very pleased with our room, as well as the staff. They had some snafus while we were there, such as an elevator down for a day, and an ice machine down for 3 days, but they got them fixed as quickly as possible. The only thing we did not care for was the breakfast, but that seems to be a running theme with all the Homewood Suites we have stayed at in the US. Everything in our room was in excellent condition and worked well. We would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone.”

“The property was in a convenient spot. It is close to the interstate which made the coming and going easily accessible. ”

“They are under construction but it was nice and clean as much as it could be . The pool was closed but we were not planning on using it anyways. Staff was excellent and room was clean and newly done. Breakfast was also very good with a lot of choices ”

“There's a young man receptionist very helpful when I had a room next to the equipment room when I can hear noises of the machine in my room, he's very quickly help me to have another room near the area. The room itself is clean and the bed is comfortable, it's well maintained. It's only the second night, one of my friends room was not cleaned. The breakfast is simple. There's toast, bacon, susages, eggs, and some fruits and yogourt. Not the best presentation, but OK for a simple breakfast. ……

He is extremely proactive with communication to see to the needs of his guests and has stocked the common areas of the house with items for use or purchase. The rooms are spotless, and Louie is extremely polite and informative with suggestions on dining and sightseeing. You can tell he takes pride in his business, and he should! ”
