“Moldy pizza in microwave. Very old leftover takeout food beer in fridge. No tv the entire two nights. No lights in bathroom. no curtains. No wash cloths. Filthy dirty vents in every room. No hairdryer. Smoke detector not hooked up. The pool is empty except for some brown nasty water in the very bottom. We were afraid we wouldn't get there by check in time, and we tried to call for hours but got no answer, so had my daughter go there early to get keys. Luckily at that point she found someone……

“I called property to verify directions as the map had lead us to a questionable neighborhood. Was told that there was not a room available, they had overbooked, and that I would not be charged. However a couple days later I did see the charge. Called property for refund and was assured it would be taken care of within 3 days. This did not happen, contacted Hotels.com and they contacted the property and are working on the refund.”
