“This cute cottage has everything you need, and is just one block from the shore. It's located in a quiet beach community and has easy access to Tampa. The early November weather was perfect-- afternoon temps in the low 80s. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The house is located in a very run down area. The grass is overgrown and in desperate need of cutting. The house is old and not clean. The furnishings are old and dirty. Rodent feces were present. Left over food in the refrigerator and the smell was sickening. The bed was terrible…so much so that on the second night we slept on the sofas. TV is antennae only with very limited channels. Luckily we were only staying the 2 nights. This house rates a large zero on my scale. We have pictures to back……

“The street parking was difficult at times and the road had quite a few pot holes that made driving difficult. Also the ice maker was intermittent. One wish was access to a pool The townhome itself was outstanding and just what we needed. The price easily beats any hotel in the area. ”

“The condo itself is very nice and in a good location within the complex. The owner was very nice and kept in touch. There were two things that we found troubling: 1) It looks as if the condo had not been dusted, vacuumed, and inspected since the Covid outbreak in March or April. There were a lot of cobwebs and dead insects around. Also, there was no toilet paper, causing us to make an immediate trip to the store. 2) A smart TV would have been nice. The services offered were not what we watch……
