“We enjoyed our time in Hilton Head and Mermaid Cove. The condo had a great location and easy access to the beach. The condo was well equipped included the small kitchen allowing us to prepare meals although we chose to go out to eat most of the time as there are great restaurants and shopping nearby. The balcony allowed us ocean views while enjoying a cold beverage at the end of the day. This unit provided all that we needed for a quick weekend getaway.”

“Condo is very old. Dishes were in the dishwasher. Unsure if clean or not and didn’t use them. Pools were small and shady most of time. Office with key was too far away. However, location was great. Easy to beach and restaurants. I won’t stay there again given the furnishings. ”

“The outdoor floors and steps surrounding the ocean dunes is carpeting filled with mold which has a horrible smell. Our unit was full of mold and smelled awful. All the rooms were damp and moist. It was very disappointing.”

“We really enjoyed the apartment’s location…it was beautiful, clean, and felt very safe, which made our stay comfortable overall. However, we were disappointed with the management side of things. When we arrived, we learned the water would be turned off for a period of time, something that had not been communicated beforehand. The property manager explained this was an HOA decision after we reached out to them about it , but we still felt the lack of communication was frustrating, as it’s not……
