“Condo is very old. Dishes were in the dishwasher. Unsure if clean or not and didn’t use them. Pools were small and shady most of time. Office with key was too far away. However, location was great. Easy to beach and restaurants. I won’t stay there again given the furnishings. ”

“We planned to arrive on Hilton Head Island on Sunday 2/16. A snow storm in our home state of NH made us choose to leave earlier, on Friday 2/14. The owner of the condo we booked for our original arrival asked her friend, Kendall, if Mermaid Cove was available and it was! Kendall is a very attentive and unobtrusive host! The condo is spotless, wonderfully located, and comfortable. Kendall even offered late check out so we could put our perishables in the frig of our originally booked condo after……

“The view was great . There was a bad musky smell, had to buy air freshener. Was misled on size of rooms pictures on the size of rooms. Bedroom pictures showed there was room both sides of bed, in reality you to crawl over to get out of bed. Bedroom was to light after turn off lights ”

“Our condo was tight, but enough for two. It shows its age. Shortage of bedroom space / storage. Well appointed kitchen. Tight dining/living area. Curtain did not fully cover sliding glass door. Sliding glass door did not latch (maybe add a rod to drop into the track?) We were there in off-season, short notice. The price point was right for us. Parking instructions/requirements were vague and maybe outdated, maybe because of pavement/painting work in progress. Management was very responsive and……
