“This was such a gem to find in Central Fl. We were visiting family in the area and wanted a place close by. We loved our stay here. It was close to delicious restaurants and fun activities. We visited Rainbow Springs State Park and enjoyed the day in the beautiful natural springs. We even came home to gorgeous sunsets on the lake and caught 2 fish! The hot tub was relaxing and the vibes were right! I would definitely recommend staying here, everything was perfectly clean and so beautifully……

“Place was amazing! Super clean, pool was perfect temperature! My daughter and granddaughters were visiting from New York and they really enjoyed their time there! ”

“We had a wonderful stay! So much was included in this booking. There are two kayaks to use as it is located right on a river. An outdoor grill. And all of the necessities were included as well like paper products, towels, both bath and beach, two coffee makers along with some items in the kitchen that were handy like salt and pepper, some spices oil, etc. There was plenty of sleeping space and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. There is a community……

“Booked a D&J Properties reservation through Hotels.com for a trip in April. A few days before my stay, I received a message directly to me (not on Hotels.com) that the location is not available. After many texts, they sent me credit since the new location was inferior. They sent a screenshot of the reservation. I had no way to verify, access or confirm that reservation. Then I received an email that I need to provide my full address, full credit card information AND PHOTO OF ME HOLDING MY……

“We didn’t get the house we originally paid for, the house stunk , had a spiral staircase, one of the doors didn’t lock, the bedrooms only had a lamp, also the electrical outlets were a little scary. The downstairs bathroom did not have a doorknob.We stayed here only because this was the second time of a rental company switching houses on us in this area. Not a pleasant experience during Christmas break.”

“Adorable, comfortable, and decorated with all the cutest mermaid themes. The walls are very thin, so every sound transmits; the person on toilet could casually participate in the conversation happening in the living room and vice versa. This was no problem for our close knit group, but other travelers may prefer more sound proofing. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The kitchen and bathroom amenities were plentiful and comfortable. Everything was immaculately clean. The site manager……

“Had no AC working and it was 81 degrees in the house. Talked to owners who were very helpful and sent over their maintenance man immediately. Unfortunately at no fault of theirs, it just wouldn’t work so had to go find another place to stay. It looked like a quiet area to stay. ”
