“common area excellent and access to the beach, but the bulding is old and it has things like the doors that doesnt work well ”

“Condo itself was nice, however, if you need it dark to sleep, you will not like these condo units. There is a lot of outside night lights around the complex from various businesses so even in the middle of the night it's half lit up with the blinds drawn and the curtains closed.”

“Loved how close we were to the beach, the view of the beach was amazing, and the pool was excellent. Staff was very helpful. Bars and Restaurants short walk next door. Fireworks from our balcony on Friday was fantastic! Will definitely book at the Tiki again.”

“We enjoyed our stay so much. It was just before the in season. It was quiet and relaxing. We stayed in Unit 104. Evidently, an older gentleman owes it and the management is working with him to update. The unit is very spacious. Perfect for our two couple trip. Nice pool area. The grounds were very well kept and even on the first floor we could see a small view of the ocean. Condo was equiped with starter supplies. Beds had new beachy comforters. A/c works well and good water pressure. Cleaning……
