“We had a balcony with a great ocean view! The room was long which gave us plenty of room to spread out. The restaurant downstairs was convenient, and the free breakfast was great. There was an outside bar next door that also served great food, and the walk was short and sweet. You don't need to leave the hotel if you don't want to do so.”

“The Good: The outdoor amenities were fantastic—great pool, well-maintained tennis courts, and plenty of pet-friendly spaces, which made it a great spot for travelers with pets. “Wonderful place”

“It was pretty difficult to get support using the phone. I keep being pass to different group. It is common to hear 'we don't support Sunchase IV and then when we call the given number it goes to voicemail. I left multiple voice message and no one got back to us. Very bad. Getting additional tissue paper was also an issue. The additional foldable bed support is also damaged. There are missing bulbs as well.”

“Well this place needs a total gut job. The carpet needs replaced. Doors need repaired . The kitchen light is about to fall from the ceiling, sliding doors are broke. All appliances are rusted up . The microwave is rusted inside and we were afraid to use it. The counter tops are falling apart and are held together with scotch tape. The room smelled of something rotten and my wife found it in the dishwasher. We do have to say the staff was very nice and lobby was kept nice and clean . We will……
