“Hastings Inn is a quiet, clean small motel that is located in a small town. The rooms are clean and budget friendly. Good place to stay if you are in for a short term. The owner is a really nice guy as well. The pool is nice, though unless it’s summer it’s too cold to use it lol”

“Staff was nice. Breakfast was pretty good. Room was ok. There was rust around the entire perimiter of the ceiling in the bathroom. The pillows were extremely soft and offered zero support. The bed was ok. Blankets were nice and warm. ”

“What an awesome place! I’m not sure if I’ll ever be back, but maybe I’ve found an excuse to visit now. Frank, the owner, text me first thing in the morning on the day of my arrival to ask if I needed anything. He greeted me upon arrival, showed me to my room and took the time to strike up conversation and talk to me about the things he thought I’d find interesting after he learned a little about my interests. “We were able to book online and show up 10 minutes later to check in around 1pm - before regular check-in time. We were taking refuge from the ice/snow storm and they had a room for us. I understand this experience is based on room availability but it was much appreciated! The staff was very helpful in helping us get anything we needed. The hotel was right next to the historic area of town but due to the weather we unfortunately couldn't take advantage.”
