“We were traveling for 10 hours . Great bed deep soaking tub . Hot tub broken ….bummer but didn’t break our comfort due to the tub. ”

“The main reason for booking this place was for the pool area for our daughter. We were not informed about the pool being closed until 2 hours before check in and that is only because I called to ask for early check in. The hotel offered to cancel my stay at no charge which was nice but offered no other accommodations. They stay was lovely and hassle free, we were just disappointed on the timing of letting us know this situation. Had we known much sooner, I would have probably moved hotels with……
