“Very friendly staff, clean & convenient location to the beach. Breakfast was really nice; even used real eggs for scrambled. Room was cleaned daily with new towels & washcloths; that doesn’t happen with other hotels we’ve recently stayed at since 2020.”

“We had the best vacation! Beach right down the street, clean house, Publix right up the road. I would love to stay here again, hated to leave! We would recommend this home for your vacation. We will stay here again if its available.”

“The cottage is decorated very nicely. However when we arrived there was a dead tree branch in the driveway, and no WiFi. We contacted the contact person and they said they would contact the owner about these issues, but nothing was done. We figured out a fuse had blown and flipped it ourselves. Beds are comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen. ”

“Such a beautiful home with everything you need. The home is well appointed and very clean. Kitchen is spacious and is fully stocked with all the necessities to cook a meal, if you want. If not, plenty of restaurants nearby…all delish. Totally enjoyed our stay!”

“Nicely furnished, well equipped, spacious accommodation just a minute’s walk from St John’s river and 5 minutes from the ocean. We enjoyed using the bikes for a ride to the beach and the hot tub and fire pit on the terrace in the evening. Coffee pods and cookies on arrival were a lovely, welcome gesture. Would definitely stay again. ”
