“Conveniently located, the hotel staff was friendly & helpful. The free breakfast was pretty decent & helped cut expenses by filling our belly with waffels, sausage & other hot or cold breakfast options before setting out for the live music at the Big House. Really liked the room, it was clean & comfortable. Better than expected. I will stay here again when I come to Macon for Gabbafest, if not sooner for another festival. All in all, the event and our acommodations were a very pleasant……

“They did not tell the WiFi password to us. They didn’t answer the call, And we had to go back to the front desk to ask. They also provide a wrong room initially”

“The check in was swift, the front desk staff was absolutely amazingly helpful and professional. The hotels lobby, elevator and hallways were very very clean. I was pleasantly impressed by the level of detail cleanliness of the hotel room. Not a speck of dust, no leftover hair in bathroom housekeeping has done an amazing job. When we are in the area we will definitely revisit the hotel. ”
