“The only option available to book was the part of the lodge that was not updated. We asked for an upgrade at checkin but they were not able to accomodate. Instead the front desk staff provided free breakfast for our stay which was very generous. Loved my spa booking and the staff in the spa. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We got the same server, Willi, at both breakfasts. He was so nice and made it a pleasure. Everything needed was onsite. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back! ”

“I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now, both times for 6 or 7 nights, and I’ve been very impressed with how helpful and friendly the staff members are as well as how nicely kept the facility is. The rooms both stays were very well cleaned when I arrived and any housekeeping that I requested was taken care of in a very timely manner. Easy check-in/out, great location if you’re visiting someone who lives more centrally in Wheeling or if you have to do business in town. I particularly like how the……
