“The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and efficient. The hotel was clean through and through, with no orders. I had to unexpectedly leave after check out time for work, that was no problem. Oh, and you get a choice of three delicious different free breakfasts at the restaurant next door. I highly recommend staying here. I will be back. ”

“We stayed at Three Bears 2 years ago and I would have given it a 0/5 stars then. It’s now under new management and ownership and was so much better. The rooms were updated. The only issue was the water park didn’t have every pool open, so that was a bummer. But that was due to maintenance issues that were being addressed so I hope they are open in the future. ”

“This house exceeded all our expectations and made our getaway truly perfect. Being the first guests made it feel extra special. Everything was super clean and fresh, I really hope the owners can maintain that. The cabin is modern and luxurious, beautifully built and incredibly spacious. It is close to Petenwell Lake (3 min drive), which has a lovely sandy beach perfect for kids. We had a wonderful time, already recommended it to a ton of friends and will definitely be back! Thank you!”

“This place was perfect for our small group retreat. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The smart TV and wifi worked well for our purpose. It had everything we needed and the lakeview was awesome. We caught the sunrise by our bedroom window. The owner was also very accommodating and checking us for any other needs we might have.”

“The property was very nice and relaxing. The one thing i didnt like at all was that i had to pack 6 bath towels and kitchen towels in my suitcase. That took up a lot of room and i think that towels should be included with the linens.”

“The listing has false information. It is not part of Three Bears Resort like the listing states, you do not have access to the waterpark unless you want to pay extra. “Dogs welcome” means a dog as there is a 1 pet maximum and for $150 fee, which is also not disclosed on the listing and you find out in your confirmation email after booking. This property was also being booked through a vacation rental company (Evolve), which is also not disclosed until after you book. The owner of this property……
