“We so enjoyed staying at this inn. We didn’t know it was in a country club with access to several of the amenities of the club. The room was beautiful, the innkeeper was very accommodating and any of the staff we ran into were lovely. A short drive to the closest metro station, we spent a day in DC, & the 2nd day in the rolling hills of northern VA in wine country where we had good wines & enjoyed a lovely dinner at a recommend spot. We would stay here again. ”

“A very nice practical house for a group of 6-7. Clean & cheerful with a nice layout. Our family was here for a wedding, so there was a wide age range, and we all had a good gathering area, as well as some privacy with the upstairs bedrooms. The futon couch wasn't very comfortable to sit on & an end table between the couches would have been nice. But it had everything we really nice. Thank you!”

“Lovely property, nice breakfast, clean and all in good condition. I found the stay a little awkward in that we entered an open front door, texted the host as instructed and received no response - it felt a little ‘Home Alone’ ish. I recommend for couples, for a real get away and for the pretty Victorian style decor. Thank you to Stephen the Proprietor. ”
