“We have stayed here a few times and it has always been a great experience. It’s beautiful inside and very peaceful. I will say this last time we stayed the chef for the complimentary omelette service was not very pleasant and seemed bothered when I ordered two omelette’s for my husband and myself and didn’t acknowledge us after we thanked him, overall good experience with everything else though.”

“This our second time staying at The Flats and this time don’t disappoint. It’s very close to CSU campus and in a safe area. You have to park on the street (or at Target up the street), but we have never had a problem finding a spot. Easy check-in and great communications with the hosts. We will always try and book one of these places whenever we’re in town.”

“Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture, very clean, well maintained (inside and out), and renovated home. Large park, grocery anchored shopping center a couple of minutes' drive away. Excellent communication with property manager. We would stay here again.”

“Everything was great, except for construction on the street in front of the home that partially blocked access to the driveway for guests, and it was noisy during the day. The space is quaint, cozy, attractive and fully furnished, except that a couch advertised as a fold-out was a collection of small square sections that did not convert to a bed. The host communicated well as to entry and lock-up. Attractive, fun, place - hopefully, street work completes soon! ”
