“Kudehya is why people wish to visit TBeach. Daily water & coffee could be supplemented with light breakfast of fruit, cereal & toast. I should have requested tea bags instead of coffee.We could walk to next door property for meals but lingering on Kudehya 's property in the mornings would have been lovely... the we maintained garden the spashing of waves & inviting breeze..just delightful! Outdoor shower very nice too but water is available too!”

“This trip was the most life-changing experience! I truly enjoyed the amazing people that I've had the opportunity to encounter. The sense of peace that I felt there is unmatched. I remember and miss the beautiful sunsets and long walks on the beach. The ability to get lost in the moment. Thank you, Jamaica! The surroundings allowed me the opportunity to dream in a stress-free environment.”

“This property is a hidden jewel. Very quiet and very peaceful. Not in the heart of the town, with all the hustle and bustle. But close enough to the historical town of Black River, the capital of St. Elizabeth parish. Also a little historical fact, it was the first town to receive electricity. The property is near to famous attractions such as Black River Safari, YS falls, Jamaica Zoo, and Holland Bamboo. Love this property!”

“My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. Great location in Black River on the beach. The place was easy to find, safe, and clean. The beds were very comfy, cool AC, and had great wifi. I highly recommend staying here and will stay again in the future. ”

“Very quiet and comfortable. Grounds were maintained and the beach is right outside the back gate of the property. The only issue was internet access. Maybe it was due to the recent hurricane, so I want consider that a negative. We had our global hotspot, so we managed. ”

“This rental was absolutely fabulous. We have been going to Jamaica for 30 years. This was by far the best vacation we’ve had. The rental is spotless the owner Donna thought of everything that we would need including a basket of snacks and a case of water. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The beach is five minutes away as well as a river to swim in. We enjoyed the privacy of this rental. The view of the ocean is stunning. The breeze off the ocean kept us comfortable, no need to turn……

“Accessible and how close it was to all points of interest”

“El establecimiento está muy bien por el precio. Sin embargo, el servicio de Expedia fue pesimo, ya que no habian avisado al hotel de mi venida (mientras me habian cobrado). Cuando escribí para aclaración, expedia US me dijo que debía contactar a la agencia en México.....”

“We had a delightful stay at this property. Its prime location right by the water is enhanced by beautifully maintained grounds. The exceptional cleanliness and brand-new mattresses added greatly to our comfort. There are several dogs on the property, all remarkably well-behaved. It took two days for the dogs to warm up to me as I tried to pet them, so concerns raised in previous reviews about a dog on a chain seem unfounded. Shakira and her family showed incredible hospitality, making our visit……
