“Wow. This was even better than the listing shows! Up until this weekend, I have never encountered a stay that has exceeded my expectations. This one did. The house is spacious, immaculate, and all the comforts thought of for guests. The beds are big, and comfortable. There are plenty of towels both for bath and pool. The pool is bigger than it looks as is the lanai, as is the kitchen and living areas!Every question we had was answered quickly by the host. Cannot wait to return!! ”

“Our stay was a short one, however, we enjoyed what time we had. The interior was beautiful, the pool was clean and the property had a neat waterfront view. We had everything we needed and the owner was prompt with responses.”

“Made 4 calls and no one called me back. The 1st call they did answer as I could not get in. Emailed twice with no Response. It is very Disappointing that They told me They charge an extraFee of over $600.00 for heating the pool in 90 degree weather. Would not recommend do To poor responsiveness and and extremely inappropriate overcharged fee”

“This property is as advertised and MORE. Kudos to the owners who provide an extremely well maintained and ABSOLUTELY immaculate condo. Turn key ?? You bet - this condo is better stocked than the Super Target down the street. And Colonial Country Club - what a place !!! The grounds are gorgeous and professionally maintained with a beautiful 18 holes of golf, tennis courts, a work out center, plenty of pools, and dining at the Club House too. Even more - what a friendly bunch of people at……
