“The customer service was amazing. I had some complications booking with an outside party and I got charged twice. That outside party was unhelpful so I was very stressed on arrival. Isiah who greeted me at the front desk was very kind. He even stepped to the back for awhile & came back saying it’s handled! He contacted the company and got everything fixed for me, it was unexpected and put me at ease. A problem that wasn’t theirs to fix, so it was above and beyond service. The hotel room was……
