“I found the check-in procedure for this property to be inconvenient and awkward. Most other properties that I have visited were seamless while this one required physical presence at their office, proof of identity and a full list of occupants, etc... Very thorough - but awkward and inconvenient.”

“Beautiful property. Had an issue with payment-expedia didnt pay by the time we got there so i had to pay twice but the hotel was really nice and refunded the money without issue. The Presidential suite was really nice and came fully stocked with oven, washer and dryer, and kitchen appliances which was so helpful when on vacation. 5 stars in my book.”
