“This is an older property, but it's going through a massive renovation, which is great. The property is beautiful and the staff is amazing. The king bed suite that I got is set up perfectly. The living area that has the outside door can be closed off from the bedroom, which completely silences the bedroom from outside guest traffic and noise. The Hole in the Wall restaurant has tasty food and excellent service. Everything was kept very clean. ”

“The swimming pool is basically useless since it is very small and very shallow. The grounds were large enough to have built a decent size lap pool. Salt water is used, however, which makes it nice to be in. There were times when the hotel's sound system was playing music a bit loud and it wasn't the best music, but then again, I'm older so I shouldn't complain. “The premises is spotless. The gym and pool are above par. Very well maintained. The condo was beautifully decorated and spacious and clean. The kitchen was supplied with cleaning products and trash bags and paper towels. Close to everything you need and want. Shopping, dining, casino, arena, stadium. “This house was a perfect location for one leg of our Arizona road trip. We wanted to spend some time on spring break watching spring training baseball but we wanted a location somewhat central to different ball fields in the Phoenix area. This home was great and it is in a very quiet neighborhood. My kids really loved the spike ball and corn hole in the backyard. We would have loved to have the option of heating the pool since it was March, and the pool was so freezing we couldn’t really use……

“Loved having to rooftop patio, we spent a lot of downtime there. Location was great. A market was so close we visited it daily. The bands and loud music made it hard to sleep, but was great having places to eat so close. The security of the apartment was great, although not happy with location of the key fob receptacle. We left before sunrise and had to walk down an alley to put the key fob back. Didn’t feel safe for females to be in an alley in the dark. Property manager not promptly……
