“Perfect place to stay ”

“Great communication with property/unit ownership. Condo is completed updated and clean with many conveniences. Nice to be on the main floor. Huge master suite and kitchen. Parking was easy to get in and out. Close to restaurants. Beach was not crowded. Tennis and pickleball courts were very nice. We hope to be back soon.”

“After a long cold winter in the Northeast, we needed a warm getaway. This house provided just that. The house is well maintained, clean and decorated very nicely. The heated pool was the perfect temperature. Access to the canals provided great views and some fishing opportunities. A dolphin even stopped in one night to greet us! The location is great for hitting all major site seeing locations. The Hosts was responsive and answered all our questions. Highly recommend! ”

“We booked this trip for my birthday. The resort is under construction. We were Not notified, even though they claimed it was on the webpage. The noise was awful, demolition drill awful at 7:30 am. And they said it will go on untill May 2025. Checking instructions were not very specific. The unit was not very clean. There was trash under beds and not cleaned dishes. The pool and beach acces were blocked the first two days of our vacation. They opened it after we complained.”

“The place was clean and had a great lay out. The complex was also clean, and the pools were warm and clean. The location on the south side of the island was perfect. We had a great time at the beach finding shells. Candy's place had everything we needed to make getting around easy. When we arrived, we couldnt find the travel crib. After messaging Candy, he showed up with a travel crib. We had a great time and my kids are already asking to go back.”

“This condo is very expensive for the quality received! The router for the internet is in another condo unit and works poorly! The whole condo needs updating! The dryer worked poorly on arrival and we had to perform some maintenance on it to get it to work correctly! Shower doors need to be replaced!”

“Nicely renovated cottage close to Nerita / Donax beaches - just a short bike ride away. Has everything you need for a day at the beach including chairs, umbrella, and a beach cart. ”

“Great neighborhood! Great house!! You will not be disappointed if you stay here!! My folks, my husband and I and my 3 daughters stayed comfortably. What the pictures look like, you get! Clean, inviting and the hosts were awesome to communicate with! We will definitely stay here again!!”
