We had narrowed our search down to a couple of places and opted to go with Whispering Cascades based on the way Rachelle described her home. I could tell she was very passionate about the property and when we arrived, we could see why. She and this little house are such a hidden gem! We had such a wonderful time at this place. “Ross and Laurel’s cottage is folded into beautiful, steep, wooded terrain. Windows in DR and LR receive late afternoon sunlight and gorgeous sunsets. The soothing sound of the stream is heard from decks and through open windows. Through the trees, past the creek -- a horse, a few goats, and some donkeys graze on steep green pastures. Deer also frequent the area and we spotted wild turkey on a drive. As much as the surrounding area calls out to be explored (and deserves to be explored), we found……
