“The service was not top notch for the price. Family pool was too small. Spa lacked a sauna and steam and had a small waiting area. We liked the overall ambiance, charming main lobby and outdoor shower in the room. The room overall was good. But other than the person at checkout who was great, we did not feel the other service people were excited to have us there. ”

The rooms were comfortable, large, and quiet. And we had convenient parking with a reserved space. However, the highlight of our experience was the customer service. “Wonderful stay overall! My husband and I came up for a family reunion and greatly enjoyed the property and loved revisiting old stomping grounds. There was a tiny bit of confusion with the access codes as it was noted we were on the fourth floor in the email but we figured out quickly it was really the third floor. Smooth sailing from there and the condo was beautiful, clean and loved the amenities! Highly recommend and we looking forward to coming back soon! ”

“This was my first long vacation I have done. First off, the host was amazing! Very good communication and very helpful. My family doesn’t like to leave a place dirty and we went to the beach a lot. I asked if it was possible to get a bigger broom & mop and she ordered them for us to use while we were there. This is also in a quiet spot on the strip. Overall was a fantastic spot to stay with a great host. If I could tweak a few minor things: water pressure is good but not strong. One other tweak……
