“Our time at Mad River Inn was incredible from start to finish. Brandon and Susannah were extremely helpful and gracious hosts . They greeted us at the door and attended to every need we had from snacks, to restaurant and shopping recommendations, to a brief history of the property. “Excellent breakfast. Very pretty yard. Close to downtown Brattleboro. But limited staff on site and limited engagement with staff. Also, the house decor felt a bit more tired than quaint. Also, large edges at the beginning of the driveway that opens to a lots of traffic, need to be pruned or taken down because the inhibit seeing ongoing traffic (safety issue).”
