“ Cheryl,on reception was bland unfriendly. I asked her if we had appropriate room for our booking. Couldn't have cared less. No promised prosecco. Room smelled of mildew, and a couple of plugs didn't work. Sound of knocking most of the night. By this time we had unpacked. Went to reception the following morning, Mike was amazing,listened to us, and gave us another room with a beautiful ocean view. “Amazing, very helpful and friendly staff; shuttle to the beach with chairs, umbrella and towels is the best thing with kids. Bathroom amenities are divine. Walkable distance to all restaurants and cafes. Best location and very clean place to stay with valet parking. We are coming back. ”

“The unit we stayed in was clean, but ready for a remodel. The bathroom was outdated, and the floors swollen in places. The AC unit worked great until it froze over the last night and quit blowing cold air. Would we stay here again? Yes, but would love to stay in the newer units that are getting remodeled while we were there. ”
