“Place was very nice and clean with beautiful views of the ocean. Gated entrance provided a safe and private area. shopping and grocery stores were very close and access to roads that travel to all the important locations were easy to drive. Kona is only a few minutes away with shops, eating, A WALMART. and many beaches. The condo itself had a covered patio with all the things needed for a great stay (BBQ, tables ,and chairs, plus cooking utensils, etc.) Beds were comfortable and laundry……

“The grounds were ok but that was it, The condo was terrible. It was dated and felt unclean. The kitchen was exceptionally bad. We had bugs in the kitchen the whole time, including cockroaches, which literally had my wife standing on chairs in the place, the toilet did not flush, hot water electrical breaker kept tripping, electrical switches at times sounded like they were sparking, the TV system did not work properly. Overall it was a very bad experience! Also we called Grand Welcome to……

“The ocean view is spectacular! Sounds of the waves crashing - Serenity. The secondary view is the beautiful golf course. Spacious floor plan with quality decor and furnishings. Would definitely come back to this unit. ”

“Beautiful, spacious layout. Conveniently appointed with comfortable beds, and situated in a great area on the Island. We enjoyed the pickleball courts and being able to cook and grill when we wanted. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Loved that we could view the ocean from the lanai and the lanai was shaded all the time. Plenty of room for the 6 in our group. The master bedroom and bath area was large and had a double headed shower. Kitchen well stocked. Pool towels supplied. When walking into the unit, you must walk up a long flight of stairs to access the living areas, so this unit is not for those who cannot navigate stairs. Repairs needed: Lanai sliding door latch was tricky and blinds were broken. I would stay here……
