“Excellent unit. It had everything we could have needed. Very comfortable and nice location (if you want to avoid hustle and bustle of downtown Kona). There was A/C. Ceiling fans would have been perfect for the evenings without running A/C. ”

“The grounds were ok but that was it, The condo was terrible. It was dated and felt unclean. The kitchen was exceptionally bad. We had bugs in the kitchen the whole time, including cockroaches, which literally had my wife standing on chairs in the place, the toilet did not flush, hot water electrical breaker kept tripping, electrical switches at times sounded like they were sparking, the TV system did not work properly. Overall it was a very bad experience! Also we called Grand Welcome to……

“Really enjoyed my stay. House was very nice & clean. Also very much enjoyed the pool. Everything was kept very clean and was quiet at night. Would recommend to stay here if you are visiting the big island ”
