“It was the best hotel we have stayed in during this trip and for a long time. Loved all personalised pieces and beautiful location of the hotel. Everything was covered in snow. Wonderful view, wonderful room, wonderful area. Super friendly staff. Receptionist in the mornining gave us some apples to try from the local orchard. ”

“I really enjoy motels that are unique and non conventional. The masters is an older hotel but it is very apparent that the owners have taken great strides to keep the rooms clean, comfortable and updated. I loved the old wood paneling and the coziness of the space. ”

“Staff was very polite and nice, but we had paid in advance with hotels.com 3 months earlier - and were charged again when checked in, Howard’s hotel said they couldn't help our situation, (since they had changed or updated their computer system) and it didn’t show where we had paid.. but hotels.com contacted them and we were reimbursed so all turned out well. ”

“The room was MUCH smaller then it looked online.Also the pullout was NOT good.Also the up stair bedroom needs shades or better shades.When the sun comes up its like a spot light. Sleeping after 5am is impossible.”
