“Love staying here ”

“I gave this prperty a 4 because it was not up to the standard that you would expect a Hilton property to be. While i understand that the property was/ is under renovations, the chair in our room was serverely stained. The room itself looked liked that of cheap motel and not luxury hotel. Being on the River Front helped but hope that the renovations do a complete overhaul of the rooms and not just the lobby. ”

“It’s been as always, I have stayed here numerous times, its nice every time!!!!!”

“The entire hotel was so clean and the staff was exceptionally polite and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay and will stay again when we visit Jacksonville. ”

“The lighting in the room was too dim, the faucet in tub was about to fall apart. ”

“Everything was nice except the mattress in our place was old may want to get that replaced has a sink hole my husband had to sleep on the sofa and I came home with a backache but other that that we loved it and will definitely consider staying again next time we visit our family ”
