“Great location a very short walk across the road to a fabulous beach. The room had just about everything you could want or need. Lovely pool area with both shade and sun options, comfortable loungers and a covered eating area with 3 quality gas barbecues. ”

“Everything was perfect for my family of 5! Able to walk to the beach in 2 minutes or less. Condo was very clean and welcoming. Pool was always clean and very warm! Over all very pleased with our stay here! ”

“The grounds were ok but that was it, The condo was terrible. It was dated and felt unclean. The kitchen was exceptionally bad. We had bugs in the kitchen the whole time, including cockroaches, which literally had my wife standing on chairs in the place, the toilet did not flush, hot water electrical breaker kept tripping, electrical switches at times sounded like they were sparking, the TV system did not work properly. “Great property across from an amazing (but crowded) beach. Dream location if you want the beach, but not necessarily the town. Great pool onsite and plenty of places to wash off sand on the property. Only dislike was that the thermostat was locked and it was too cold for me.”

“Excellent unit. It had everything we could have needed. Very comfortable and nice location (if you want to avoid hustle and bustle of downtown Kona). There was A/C. Ceiling fans would have been perfect for the evenings without running A/C. ”
