“Stayed for 2 nights. Excellent room. 2 bedrooms with a kitchen. Room facilities and kitchen ware were awesome. The settings in the rooms, kitchen and bathrooms made the whole thing cosy. A garage for car parking. Very close to Big Bear Village and the lake, walking distance. Close to nearby supermarket that allowed me to make breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend!”

“We loved staying at The Squirrel’s Nest for the weekend with my family, it was very cute and cozy, the kids had a blast building a snowman and exploring. Very quiet when we were there which I can’t complaint we needed that peace. Will definitely stay here again. ”

“This place was not as advertised, and should honestly be taken down as an option to stay at until things get improved or drop the price significantly. It smelled horrible and old. It was freezing. The mattress had stains on it. The hot tub that was advertised was covered in dirt, pine needles and bird poop. The decor is overwhelming and straight from the 60s and not in a charming way. “After arrival the house alarm went off for a good 5 minute blazing sound throughout the whole mountain which the check in desk didn’t even tell us about. Tried to call front desk about 20 times without getting through to them…kept getting me connected to another property.
