“Clean and spacious rooms.. very spacious i will say, more than expected. Easy access to the beach. The only thing is that they don’t allow for you to take your cooler to tje beach while you are on their area. They give you chairs and umbrella free at the beach but you can’t take your drinks ”

“We can’t say enough about this property. It was so perfect: nice, residential neighborhood, very clean and comfortable accommodations; kitchen was well equipped; the pool was right outside our door; the owners were responsive; a block or so from the beach; and best of all… Rocky the cat came to visit us daily. We will definitely be back. My husband and I kept saying that it literally could not have been more perfect. :)”

“Pros: The house was absolutely beautiful, spotless, well stocked and the location was phenomenal. Cons: I reached out by message 6 hours prior to my arrival for access and was told I would receive an email later that day with instructions. Instructions were never received so I had to reach out twice by phone while at the front door in order to gain entry. Not ideal after a day of flying and driving. A queen sized master bed was smaller than I was expecting. The toilet paper needs to be a……

“Great property, amazing intercoastal location!”

“The location was excellent with close access to the beach, park, and walkable restaurants. Very clean and nicely decorated. There was a nice courtyard/ green space that was well kept up. Very quiet in the evenings. It was advertised with a queen bed, but there was only a double when we checked in. Still waiting for our damage deposit .”

“The house was fine, but this is the worst property I have rented. They have a fee for literally everything and are just trying to scam you. DO NOT RENT WITH KASA. ”
