“This is one of the most quaint places I've stayed at. Building was built in early 1900's but has been refurbished inside with modern features but retains the old craftsman look and feel. Our room was larger than I expected. Bathroom was spacious and modern. The sink was smaller than expected but made sense actually. Extremely quiet. Monterey has very little activity. “The pictures shared doesn’t give provide the complete idea of area around. There is a house just next opposite. Noticed multiple concerning items - there were towels left in dryer, most probably from previous rental. The trash dumpster was full of trash bags and insects flying around.
