“Our stay at the Westin in Portland was great. Staff was kind and helpful, room service was great, the hotel itself was beautiful and clean. The rooftop bar was gorgeous and had the best view of the town. My only complaint would be the small park right next door, it seems there is a lot of illegal activity and homelessness. That being said, I didn't really feel unsafe, but it was not pleasant to walk past everyday. ”

“The front desk gave us a room that was occupied by others. They didn't know it so they broke into that room. When they changed a room for us, it was not the room type i reserved before. i booked a king size bed and they gave us double bed room. There're stains on the floor.
