“The hotel is okay with a modern design, but the room felt old.”

“Kate at the front desk was very helpful. Our daughter was staying in one of your rooms for a conference. Coincidentally this is the hotel we booked one extra night in so the kids could fly out on Monday. Cate allowed our daughter to stay in the room, she was already in and our two older boys who were Staying at a different hotel for the same event we able to just move into her room for the night so they could all be together and they didn’t have to change rooms.”

“This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!”

“住宿环境一切都很好，唯一不满意的是，我居住了四天，可是没有获得客房服务，我打电话给前台说明了需要客房服务，可是还是没有获得、所以我住了四天，没有获得更换房间里的毛巾以及一些洗簌用品”
