“very nice hotel with friendly staff”

“酒店工作人员服务热情，给人感觉良好。酒店与租雪具的商店相邻，租的用具和自带用具交给工作人员，他们就会送到缆车站旁的存放点，自己穿着平常衣服到那再换非常方便，那里还免费提供高品质的防晒霜，工作人员很专业，基本的需求不用说他们都会主动提出。”
