“Our family had a wonderful stay at Tom's house. It's a perfect location - a great neighborhood with greenspaces and pathways easily navigable to downtown where we enjoyed walking and biking for meals and entertainment. Tom's house also had a beautiful and open kitchen and gathering spaces (both indoor and outdoor) that were just delightful for morning family breakfasts and porch sitting as we watched the sun go down over those stunning mountains. “Nice location. Kitchen well stocked. Comfy couch. Dirty carpet, cheap sandpaper tp, uncomfortable mattresses.”

“"Silver" unit in a good location near the gondola and Main Street. It was stuffy with little cross ventilation, as two out of the three living room windows had no screens. A small ceiling fan in living area, but no fan in bedroom which got uncomfortably warm at night. Construction and noise going on all day next door. Would not rent again as there are better places around.”

“The property was totally misrepresented. I’m sick of properties not disclosing critical information like 3 flights of stairs to get to the condo. No elevator! Very poor amenities in the condo; in fact, non existent. Overall, it was the worst experience yet. Never will book through Hotels.com again and certainly not Exceptional Stays!”
