“ Couple trip. Very nice place. Only thing that needs improving are the cookies that they put out for the guest at 8 pm. Not very good. Everything else about this place was very good. ”

“place wasn’t to clean,lots of stains on bedsheets,bathroom wasn’t to clean either. very nice view tho. ”

“We had an amazing stay at the Coconut Cottage in OCMD! The home was spotless, well-stocked, and in the perfect location—on the bay, close to everything, and surrounded by beautiful views. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming - she thought of everything to make it the perfect spot for a fun, relaxing getaway! Can’t wait to come back! Thank you. ”

“So the condo was as described and what I hoped it to be. Nice living area on the second floor. Certainly enough room to sleep eight comfortably. Ten will work if you have small people. I wasn’t expecting a crib and changing table but that’s good for families with little ones. If I had to find one criticism it would be that I didn’t know how to control the cool air for the third floor. First and second floor I was able to keep nice and cool, third floor not so much. Couldn’t find a thermostat or……

“The property was perfect for our weekend stay. Adorably updated interior, stocked with all of the basic supplies you need I’ll need. Great outdoor space. Just a couple blocks from the beach and the best restaurants in Dewey.”

“Property was in very good condition. Owners pride showed throughout. Convenient access to the pool, beach, and Island’s Tiki Beach Bar. Only issues were: outside shower did not work and property management did not address after several inquiries.”

“We had an amazing time. Sea Colony is a lovely place for families. The rental was great. Lots of space and great views. We would stay there again. The ONLY thing I think that needs to be changed in the rental would be the bedroom carpets need to be ripped up. They were a bit dingy, but otherwise great place! Thank you!!!”
