“We loved this property. Communication was great. The cabin is cozy and so cute. We had everything we needed and we're created with a very thoughtful snack basket waiting for us. On our first night a really bad storm took down a tree and (unfortunately) the dish. We were able to use wifi to watch TV. The location is remote- perfect to unwind and reset.”

“Our Family was so grateful to be staying at the Flying Squirrel Cabin. Feeling one with nature is such a great vibe. The mountains and lake were breathtaking, and it's awesome that the flying squirrel cabin felt like a home away from home. Our family loved making new memories, like seeing snow for the first time, making s’more, sitting by at the fire-pit and talking by the fireplace. Thank you for everything. The Valeriano family. ”

“Ross and Laurel’s cottage is folded into beautiful, steep, wooded terrain. Windows in DR and LR receive late afternoon sunlight and gorgeous sunsets. The soothing sound of the stream is heard from decks and through open windows. Through the trees, past the creek -- a horse, a few goats, and some donkeys graze on steep green pastures. Deer also frequent the area and we spotted wild turkey on a drive. As much as the surrounding area calls out to be explored (and deserves to be explored), we found……

“My friend and I were searching for a place to escape with a stack of books and just be one with nature. We had narrowed our search down to a couple of places and opted to go with Whispering Cascades based on the way Rachelle described her home. I could tell she was very passionate about the property and when we arrived, we could see why. She and this little house are such a hidden gem! We had such a wonderful time at this place. It was beautiful, serene, very peaceful, so clean, and just perfect……
