“This was my second stay at Hotel Skeppsholmen and it was a far inferior experience than my first. One of the hotel's main attraction is the designs and furniture in the rooms. The designs were neither functional nor aesthetically pleasing. The tv could be turned on by my neighbour's remote (staff finally came to pull the power plug). “wonderful location of the hotel. breakfast was fine. The position of the air-conditioner in the penthouse is right above the head on the left and somehow it had some strange noise. Had to sleep with the air-con off for several nights. Fortunately it was not too hot. Knew the room was fairly small when booking, not complaining, just left the luggage on the plank in the toilet and covered it with a raincoat bought from a museum . Problem solved. Couldn't leave it on the floor due to knee problems.……

"The hotel is very conveniently located, right next to the central station, and there are many different restaurants nearby. However, the room windows are very close to the road, making it quite noisy. Housekeeping service was average, as the staff did not replace our towels during cleaning."
