Will be back

10 out of 10 experience. The hotel is an easy walk from the train station and a few blocks away from the old town. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is well-kept and stylish. Great staff at the front desk as well as the lounge bar area. Rooms are well-appointed, comfortable and clean. Would have loved to have a kettle in the room for a cup of tea, but you can get hot water at the lobby lounge easily. Highly recommended.

The hotel is really nice, luxurious and the location is convenient for people that just want to walk. The only concern is the air conditioning - it barely worked when we stayed and it was needed because the room can heat up fast. If you decide to open the window and your room is facing the main road just be prepared for the noise. But overall a good place to experience Aachen.

The hotel lobby is trendy and welcoming. The room, whole a little small was very clean, comfortable and well decorated. Had a good view of the theatre. Very good value, short walk from train station and right next to the historical center and lots of dining. Would stay again and definably recommend.

This was a great stay in Aachen except for one thing. This is a successful hotel chain in Germany so I would expect that they would figure out their plumbing problems by now, but here it is: the temperature of the water in the shower varies rapidly depending on water use in other rooms. It goes rapidly from very cold to very hot and makes for a miserable showering experience! Almost unsafe in how hot it can get. Need better flow regulators, guys! Otherwise, everything else was very good.

The property's location is perfect in a very safe part of bustling downtown with shops and cafes, bars and restaurants. The downside is the parking garage: It is public and often full. Reservations cannot be made. If you want to park your car and not use it during your stay, there are plenty of garages nearby and the location is perfect. If you want to come and go parking becomes extremely expensive. Still, due to the location I would go again. Breakfast is great! Staff was friendly but could have been more knowledgeable. I sent two emails before arrival and none was answered.

Great stay

Great centrally located hotel in Aachen. The room was very comfortable and staff was polite. Ask for a quiet room to avoid noise from the main road in front of the hotel. Breakfast is good but slightly overpriced.

Super Hotel!!! The Staff is really, really friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean, the breakfast was tasty and had plenty of choice. The absolute highlight of our stay was the bar and it’s bartender! I very much recommend it and will be back for sure!!!
