“We are in love with 12th street house! Always clear and inviting. You will get the best good nights rest. The beds are fantastic! We have stayed there several times and highly recommend it! The host is sweet and very fast at responding and does a good job at accommodating your needs.”

“The place was beautiful and well kept and the ducks at the pond were awesome for the kids! The pool was a little cold so we didn’t get to enjoy that, but the hot tub was great. It was nice to stay at a place that had owners who cared about their guests’ stay. We will absolutely repeat again!”

“The only complaint was that it needed more lounge seating upstairs. If it sleeps 10 then there should be enough comfortable seating for 10 people. The property was peaceful and relaxing.”
