“Each bungalow is separate and surrounded by luxuriant flowering vegetation. The area is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of Padangbai, which is only 10 minutes walk away. The resort has a free bus service, on request, to and from the town. A lovely place to chill and watch the boats and ferries. Would recommend hiring a car to visit Tirta Gangga and Tenganan.”

“First time staying at Sidemen Villa, I’m initially thought I would be bored but the villa is so tranquil. Waking up to the sound of the jungle & view of the Mt Agung from the bed is beyond description. Service via WhatsApp is very efficient and breakfast can be served on request with no additional cost. Facilities are new and very well kept. I want to keep this a secret but this place deserved to be known. Enjoy people - you won’t regret! ”

“The villas are incredibly well made, and everything is just so easy to organise! The area around the villas is what I had pictured when I thought of “original ubud” which is what our driver said about the area. The street is quiet - no traffic- and an ebike tour was the most traffic we saw the whole time. It was close to all the great sites - heaps of waterfalls around, goa gajah, the water temple, the rice fields. A great place to base yourself out of, however you might never want to leave……
