“Fanny and Lola were amazing on reception and helped us out with many things. Excellent English and excellent customer service. Room very clean and hotel seemed very modern. Parking was difficult due to road works but Lola helped us out with excellent alternative directions. Good comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent including a fresh orange juicer. Hot choices and the usual French continental options which were extensive. Would highly recommend without hesitation.”

“Perfect location on the Grand Place in Arras. Easy walking to the other large square and cathedral. Staff were very helpful with parking arrangements; there is free parking nearby and free overnight parking in the Grand Place. Breakfast was simple but good. Would recommend this historic hotel.”
