“Clean and tidy”

“The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. ”

“This was a great place to stay. Standouts for me were, the blackout curtains, friendliness of the staff and being able to leave luggage in the store before we checked in and after we checked out. I would definitely stay here again. One thing to beat in mind is that the bed is stored away and is a little heavy than I expected when coming down. ”
