“Lovely cottage with 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets and huge living room with the fireplace. It is set on amazing location with great views of Kimakia river and tea plantation. Stuff was very polite and helpful, they are available 24h a day. There is also power generator in case of power failure. The road to the property is a bit tricky, especially last kilometer or two. Our overall experiance was great, highly recommended!”

“Remove the word “luxury” in the name of the hotel or replace it by “Outdated” then it’s clear about the state. Also replace “pool” with “Pond” it describes it better the water was green and dirty Flowers/bushes on balconies was all dead why not remove them”

“We were a group of ten friends and the place suited us perfectly. From ample parking space for the cars to enough beds for our mixed group. We were there for a 4 days and 3 nights stay. The house is kept clean and we even paid a little extra for food to be cooked for us. Vivian, the caretaker, was very efficient in the service. “Recently stayed here for two nights on our honeymoon trip to Kenya. After a week on safari the amenities were much appreciated, and from our experience, this hotel is one of the most luxurious in the country. WiFi in common areas was fine, room views of watering hole were amazing. Staff was extremely friendly. Lots of animals everyday at the watering hole, there are many openings to the outdoors so plan on bringing warm clothes even when hanging out inside. The beds could afford to be a bit more……

“We had a wonderful and enjoyable two-night stay at Sopa Resort. The grounds are beautifully populated with calm zebras, waterbucks, and giraffes, which makes them easy to photograph. All the staff were cheerful and accommodating. A special thank you to Jacob for assisting us in arranging our boat safari.”
